by joining our GOs or a GO co-hosted by us, you are accepting these rules.

1. We accept paypal (f&f only), revolut and wise for payment. Please do not ask for other options.
2. We ship out with stamped mail regularly but can offer tracked and vinted(uk only).
3. Unless communicated with us with reasonable notice, if you do not pay in time we have the right to drop your claims after 5 days. If it is initials, your item(s) will NOT be ordered.
4. During these 5 days a £0.50 fee will be added on for each day not paid.
5. We do not accept backouts. You are responsible for finding a replacement for your claim if you no longer want it.
6. NO REFUNDS for missed deadlines.
7. We have the right to remove anyone from our gos if there is dwayors or they make things uncomfortable.
8. We am not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed mail. This includes from the site to our proxy.
9. If we are hosting a lot at once, I will not update each group chat individually, it will be on my story and placed in a highlight.
10. We use proxies such as neokyo, bunjang and I will always try to authenticate items, We won’t refund for fake items.
11. EMS is calculated per item, the heavier or larger the item the more expensive. Items proxied from Bunjang will as also have an additional fee that the kaddy takes (this is determined by the kaddy per item and will be added to your total beside ems).
12. We will add a packing fee of £0.05 for letters and £0.10 for large letters or packages. This can be more if larger supplies are needed (boxes etc).
13. If sorting comes into play, a google form will be distributed and sorted to the best of our ability.
14. In the case that uneven sets arrive no refunds will be given.
15. In the case of scammers, or fake cards no refunds will be given as we take necessary precautions.
